All the fun of Comedy Club 4 Kids with a Christmas twist. 

Comedy Club 4 Kids is a show for those who want to see comedy aimed at a family audience, You can expect to see stand-up comics and sketch acts, performing for kids (recommended 6+, so they understand the jokes, but suitable for any age) at a time of day they can see it, in a venue, they are familiar with and telling jokes without any rude words so you won’t mind your kids repeating them at school! 
On this special Christmas edition, expect the finest Christmas Cracker jokes, tinsel tomfoolery, festive funnies and maybe even Santa doing stand-up!

Starring Comedy Club 4 Kids’ regular Ben Van Der Velde hims-elf, Howard Read of ‘Little Howard’ and CBBC fame, and hilarious double-act Shelf –– this show will be jam-packed with a whole heap of Christmas Comedy Fun to get you in the mood for the BIG DAY (you know, when the big red jolly guy comes down the chimney). Line-up is subject to change in case of illness or family emergency.

Comedy website Chortle put Comedy Club 4 Kids at #1 in their 2013 Edinburgh Festival comedy show recommendations for kids, saying:
This is probably the daddy of them all. The kids’ show that almost a decade ago challenged the big and brash primary-colour clowning of most kids’ shows to present proper circuit comics but without the rude bits. And it turns out a lot of the acts took to it like a duck to water, revelling in the constraints and the unpredictability of heckles like: ‘Why is that your face?’.

Cranbrook Performing Arts Presents… CHICAGO

1st, 2nd & 3rd of February

Set in the jazz age of the roaring 20s, Chicago: (Teen Edition) tells the story of Velma Kelly and Roxie Hart, two women searching for stardom while also being tried for murder. Both of them land in the Cook County Jail and plot their comeback to the spotlight and release from prison. There’s greed, scandal, betrayal and a dash of razzle dazzle! Chicago, one of the longest-running American musicals in Broadway history is now coming to Cranbrook for what will be a truly spectacular production.

As usual, our Bar will be open from 7 pm with live house music from Paradise 80s Duo and the food offering this time will be ThaiSo Catering offering high quality, authentic Thai food!
